Shipping Policy

How long will it take for my package to get to me?
The amount of time it will take for a package to reach its destination will depend on the type of shipping you choose at checkout. Before a package ships, it will also spend time being processed at our warehouse. Please consult the chart below for full timing information.

1. Processing & Shipping Times
Order Processing:
  • All orders take 1–2 business days to prepare before shipping.
Shipping Timelines:
Once your order has been produced, it is shipped from our fulfillment center.
Typical transit times:
  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 3–9 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on customs and location)
Please note: These are estimates provided by shipping carriers and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as customs processing, courier delays, or peak seasons.
Arrival times may also be affected by holidays, weather conditions, or carrier backlogs. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
2. Pickup Orders
  • Pickup orders require 1 business day for processing.
  • You will receive an email notification once your order is ready.
3. Shipping Charges
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, destination, and carrier rates.
  • Orders over $100 USD qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Orders under $100 USD are charged a flat rate displayed at checkout.
4. Tracking Notifications
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link with real-time updates from the shipping carrier.

5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is complete, including any unit or apartment number and postal code.
If you entered the wrong address:
  • If the order has not shipped: Email  or call  immediately with the corrected address.
  • If the order has shipped:
  • We cannot reroute the package.
  • If it is returned to us, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
HEAVR Streetwear is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses, missing apartment/unit numbers, or unclaimed packages.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipment costs will be billed to the customer.

6. Parcels Damaged or Lost in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, notify us within 7 days of the delivery date or estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and work toward a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
All parcels are insured for loss or damage up to the value stated by the courier. If you purchased order protection, you may file a claim directly.
6.1 Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged:
  • If possible, reject the package and notify us immediately.
  • If you were not present at delivery, contact customer service for next steps.
Refunds or replacements will be issued once the courier completes their investigation. If you purchased order protection, you may file a claim directly.
6.2 Lost Parcels
If the courier deems a parcel lost after their investigation, we will issue a replacement or refund. If you purchased order protection, you may file a claim directly.

7. Import Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or additional fees determined by your country’s customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs delays are beyond our control, but we will assist with documentation or communication when possible.
If duties or taxes are refused:
  • The package will be returned to us at the customer’s expense.
  • A refund will be issued for the value of the items minus return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
8. Cancellations
  • Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are dispatched.
  • If an order has already shipped, please refer to our Return Policy.
